Refund policy

We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after purchasing your design package to request a refund. 

To be eligible for a refund, your project must not have progressed beyond the introductory call that will take place after we have received your payment. Once we have completed the introductory call and received your verbal approval to begin work on round 1 of our project, you are no longer eligible for a refund.

Refunds
Once we receive your refund request, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at lauren@atypicaldesign.studio.
